The owner wanted to add a new porch to the front of their house off of the existing steps. They wanted it to have its own railing and gate so that it was a safe place for children and animals. We were able to use renderings to show the owner multiple options on how to extend the porch from the existing steps along with roof options. We also showed them cladding selections for the exterior portion of that section, concrete vs. composite, and even white vs. black columns.
